The Solis S6-GC(80-125)K series addresses large commercial and industrial PV plants with five three-phase models from 80 to 125 kW, including a 480 V HV version. With 8 to 10 MPPTs (up to 20 strings), 42 A/36 A per MPPT, a 160–1000 V MPPT window and 1100 V maximum DC input, it maximises design flexibility on complex rooftops.

All models deliver 98.7% maximum efficiency and embed AI-based millisecond AFCI arc protection, real-time PV grounding detection, string monitoring with I-V curve scanning and night SVG reactive support. Export power control runs in primary/secondary mode with up to 10 units in parallel, and dual independent RS485 ports plus optional Wi-Fi, GPRS or PLC link the plant to SolisCloud.
