SAJ's third-generation cabinet-mounted solar pump controller spans 2.2 to 400 kW for IEC three-phase induction pump motors, with a self-adaptive MPPT algorithm rated at 99.8% efficiency. The PV window reaches 220–900 VDC on three-phase models (150–450 VDC on the single-phase-input 2.2 kW model), and AC/DC hybrid input lets the drive use PV together with a 220 V single-phase or 380–480 V three-phase grid or generator supply.

Protection covers dry run, over/under-voltage, overload (150% for 60 s, 180% for 1 s), short-circuit, overheat, surge, open-circuit and locked pump. Control is V/F or SVC with 0–50/60 Hz output (max. 400 Hz); a MODBUS communication card is integrated, RS485 is optional, and two water-level switch inputs give automatic tank control. Certified to IEC/EN 61800-5-1/-2/-3 with CE marking and an 18-month standard warranty.
